"The book is brilliant. Dr Lovell-Smith writes in such a fluid style, I enjoyed it more than most of the literature that I have read for a long time. He presents the information with finesse and clarity, and with such authority and compassion, that I have been raving about it to family, friends and patients."  W A Moyle BDS, Dental Surgeon.
